BREAKFAST CLUB

As our guest, after a supremely restorative night’s sleep you will be treated to our fabulous Breakfast Club. Pick a seat on the terrace and soak up the morning sun or find a cosy corner in our Club. Our head chef Sebastian Golle has selected the region’s finest produce. Allow yourself plenty of time – we guarantee that you’ll want to linger!

 From summer 2025, the Breakfast Club will open Mon-Fri from 6.30 am to 10 am and on weekends and public holidays from 7 am to 11 am. On weekdays we also offer a reduced late breakfast until 11am to tide you over until lunchtime.

The Breakfast Club is also open for non-residents. Charges apply.

• JUICE BOX! Let our gentle juice-maker catapult you into a vitamin-rich day! We transform regional fruit and vegetables into delicious juices. You can choose from apples, pears, oranges, kiwis, lemons, celery, carrots, beetroot, cucumbers and ginger. Where possible, the fruit and vegetables are sourced regionally from local growers.
• Eggs and omelettes are prepared fresh by our kitchen team. Our guests can look forward to Eggs Benedict, omelettes (optionally also vegan) with various ingredients as well as boiled, fried and scrambled eggs and shakshuka. All our eggs are organic and ethically produced by the Kleist poultry farm in Kaltenkirchen – we think they’re eggs-strordinarily good!
• Bread and bread rolls from a regional baker
• Gouda, Tilsiter, vegan cheese and a Schleswig-Holstein cheese board from Itzehoe supplied by artisan cheesemaker Kober served with mustard chutney
• Smoked fish from Schleswig-Holstein
• Hot dishes including small grilled sausages, crispy bacon, braised farm vegetables and pancakes
• A choice of salads and sauces, including North German herring salad, meat salad, mustard and dill sauce, herb remoulade
• Seasonal jams such as strawberry, raspberry, black cherry, peach and rosehip
• A variety of honeys from Schümannhof
• FLOWERZ water with Zalotti blossom – the small, purple flowers of the African basil plant with a strong aroma of basil and mint
